Arthur "Nick" Nicholson, an inspirational speaker and author, served more than 39+ years in enlisted and officer ranks of the U.S. Air Force Active/Reserves and has served over 33 years as a civil servant.
He is the author of two books "Dancing On The Razor's EDGE," a story of leadership and triumph, and "Thoughts Of An Inspired Mind," a collection of quotes and insights that have had a positive impact on Colonel Nicholson's life since he was a teenager.
A native of Clarksville, TN, Nick is currently a Senior Contracting Officer with the Federal Government.
Nick is the President and CEO of SIE Global Enterprises LLC, a consulting firm, SIE Global Publishing LLC and Nicholson Farms. All three companies are grounded in Service, Integrity, and Excellence.
As a teenager, he enjoyed reading books about motivation, inspiration, and leadership. In 2003, while deployed in Kirkuk, Iraq, he wrote articles on the pressing need of leadership in and out of the war zone.
Nick's first book, Dancing On The Razor's EDGE, was inspired by his assignment as Commander of the 459th Aerospace Medicine Squadron, Andrews AFB MD from January 2007 through December 2008. It was in this capacity that he created the highly successful concept of Practicing LAP (Leadership, Accountability, and Professionalism).
Shortly thereafter, he authored Thoughts Of An Inspired Mind, a book of thoughts and quotes created to inspire the development of leadership in each of us.
